I work with women who have learned to stay quiet, often in professional settings, and who are ready to trust their voice again.
My work focuses on helping women move out of self-silencing patterns and into greater clarity, self-trust, and choice in how they show up. This isn’t about becoming louder or more assertive. It’s about understanding what shaped your patterns and responding with intention instead of self-doubt.
My approach is grounded, practical, and relational. I create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what has been influencing your behavior and begin choosing differently, at your own pace and in ways that feel sustainable.
This work is especially meaningful for women navigating environments where power dynamics, expectations, or cultural conditioning have taught them to minimize themselves.
I’ve seen how early experiences, professional environments, and unspoken rules can teach women that staying quiet is safer than speaking up. Over time, this can show up as hesitation, people-pleasing, or feeling invisible, even when you’re capable and competent.
This work is about shifting that relationship from the inside out, so your voice becomes something you trust, not something you question.
I am a certified Strategic Intervention Coach through Robbins Madanes Training, with additional certifications in NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner, and training in working with women.
